The 6th EMUC meeting will take place at the Lisbon Congress Centre which is located in the heart of Lisbon. It is easily accessible by bus, tram and taxi and about 15 minutes from the airport.
Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance for the 6th European Multidisciplinary Meeting on Urological Cancers can be printed online as of Monday, 17 November 2014.
You will need your barcode on your badge to print your Certificate of Attendance.
A cloakroom is available and is at participants’ disposal during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day.
Information on CME accreditation will follow in due time.
Each delegate can collect a congress bag which includes a programme book.
Electricity supply in Portugal is 220 AC and the connection is made by a two-pin plug.
Please be aware that delegates from the USA will require a voltage converter. Delegates from the United Kingdom will require a plug adapter and this is best bought in the UK as they are hard to find in Lisbon.

There will be a medical unit present for first aid in the congress venue. In case of emergency contact a security guard immediately.

On this site, you will be able to book a hotel room through our selected hotel list. We strongly advise our participants to book their hotel room as soon as possible for a better choice. The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly recommended to arrange their own personal insurance.
The meeting will be conducted in English, there will be no translation provided.
Lost and Found
Found items should be returned to the registration desk. If you lose something, please report to this desk for assistance.
The sound and flashlights of mobile phones must be switched off during all sessions.
Journalists and medical/science writers can obtain free registration to the Congress. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system (preferred) or at onsite registration desk. All media operators must show their credentials (press card dated 2013/2014 and original assignment letter).
Journalists will receive a copy of the press pack and congress bag, to be picked up at the press centre. Internet access, fax machine, printer and photocopier are provided.
All bags may be subject to inspection. Security is present for your safety. Please take all personal effects with you when leaving the session rooms.
Smoking is prohibited inside the congress centre and the exhibition area.

Congress delegates will receive a transportation pass which is valid on all public transport within the city of Lisbon during the congress.
Lisbon Congress Centre is easily accessible by public transport. The venue is at 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The metro stop is across the street. It takes approximately a 2 minute walk to the venue. Bus stops are close by and the venue is situated at a 15 minute distance from the airport by taxi.
